Refund policy

All Sales Are Final We have a strict no-return policy. All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges for any reason. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

While we do not accept general returns, we stand by the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.

  • The item is damaged in transit.

  • You received the wrong item.

Please reach out to us at quique@lumediaproduction.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase, along with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, every item in our store is non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Regular-priced merchandise

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. To ensure you get what you want, please double-check all product details, sizing, and specifications prior to checkout.

Refunds (Defect / Damage Exceptions Only)

Refunds are not issued for buyer's remorse or incorrect selections. Refunds are only considered in the event of a verified defective, damaged, or incorrect item as outlined above.

If an exception is approved:

  1. We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your claim and let you know if a refund was approved.

  2. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund exception, please contact us at quique@lumediaproduction.com.
